Harvestime Bakeries

In autumn 1999 marc worrall associates were commisioned to produce phasing studies for an existing bakery at Raleigh Street, Walsall. Shortly afterwards Harvestime requested schemes to convert an existing building at Thurmaston, Leicester to a modern bakery - the principal challenge being raising hygiene standards.
The photo's above show the new, hygenic surface replacing the previous factory floor.
