"The French Croissant Company, established in the 1960's are the largest UK croissant producer. In 1998 the French Croissant Company Ltd was acquired by the William Price Group, soon after in 1999 a £10m relocation project was put into motion to develop a state of the art bakery in London."
In the spring of 1998 marc worral associates undertook a major role in the bakery development in London. Our principal duty was for the co-ordination and procurement of the relocation site development. We were responsible for organisation and assignment of numerous contractors and sub-contractors to assure the project was completed on time and within budget.
A major part of the contract involved organisation and development of the state of the art baking and food preparation facilities within the main building. The new bakery has enabled the French Croissant Company to retain it's strong position as the largest and most successful UK producer.
